Small application fees support selection and programme operations.
THE ONES Partners provide strategic support, services and investment that strengthen the ecosystem.
THE ONES Mentors contribute primarily on a voluntary basis, helping direct more resources toward startup execution.
At the end of each cohort, founders receive curated introductions to relevant investors and funds. Successful investment introductions generate an agreed success fee for THE ONES.
Once successfully funded, each startup grants an agreed equity participation to THE ONES Accelerator, aligning long-term success and enabling the ecosystem to reinvest in future cohorts.

THE ONES — the AI For Good Accelerator — wasn't created by an institution. It began with a simple belief: the entrepreneurs building tomorrow's AI should also become the entrepreneurs creating humanity's greatest positive impact.
After more than a decade building ventures, scaling entrepreneurial communities, advising founders, and collaborating with some of the world's leading startup ecosystems, Matthieu chose to dedicate his experience to connecting exceptional people around one common mission.
